Green Bay was already 11-0 going into today's game, and if I had to pick one team capable of defeating the Packers before the regular season ended my money would have been on the New York Giants. It was the Giants who knocked Green Bay out of going to the Superbowl only four seasons ago, and the Giants went on to defeat the 16-0 Patriots and win that Superbowl. If a Superbowl caliber team can't stop Green Bay this season then who can?
The schedule ahead for Green Bay looks moderately easy. Lets face it, the Raiders and the Chiefs are not tough teams at all, and Green Bay has already defeated the fragile Bears and the lousy Lions. Come January 1, I believe Green Bay will become the 5th team in NFL history to go undefeated during the regular season.

But then comes the playoffs and the undefeated curse...
Only 1 team has ever had a perfect season, the 1972 Miami dolphins. Other than that, the only other team to come close was the 16-0 Patriots who lost to New York. Somehow, the four undefeated teams have a history of losing in the playoffs.
It may just be my optimism, but I think Green Bay will break the curse and become the second NFL team in history to play a perfect season. And after they do win Superbowl XLVI this year I will only have one thing to say to all the haters... "And there is your dagger" - Wayne Larrivee
looking pretty good right now, hopefully jennings is all good, otherwise i think we're clear til the playoffs, where the saints scare me the most, GO PACK GO!!
